1 Cor. 12:1-3

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

The essence of this scripture is for them to know that there are different realities in the realm of the spirit.

Spiritual realities are the basis of how we engage this realm. The reality where God brought us into when we became born again is called ‘in Christ’. Christ is a location in the realm of the spirit; there are other locations. Spiritual things and laws are not to be trivialized. A truly spiritual man knows how to operate different laws to his advantage,

1.Cor. 12:2-3

 ² You know that when you were pagans, somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols. ³ Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

The word accursed means taboo. No one speaking by the Holy Spirit, when a spirit is manifesting through someone and Jesus is not the focus, suspect that spirit. The bible talks about the serpent in the garden, it’s the most cunning animal in the world, if he had gone through another animal, it would not succeed, it needed a house that was cunning to carry out that enterprise.

The leading of a spirit is taking you somewhere, whether you are aware or not. he was setting basis in scriptures to show how it works, there are diversities of gifts but the same spirit, there is a way you communicate things, that is unique to you, and that’s a gift of God, it can only be activated to its full potential in christ, of course it can manifest in darkness but not to its full potential.

There’s a Charisma that I have that only me can communicate.

There are differences of administration but the same lord, Moses was not a pastor but a political leader, all his operations didn’t have to be in the temple, he was like a prime minister over israel, prophets are not just tied to the four walls of the church, wherever the gates of hell exist, God wants his church to be there.

Wherever there is corruption God wants his salt and light to be there. We must go with a mentality that we are there to profit for the kingdom.

There are diversities of operations, the word administration there means ministries, there are workings in you, that allows certain things to work, that creates certain output.

When you look at the global work space, one of the thing that happens in the church is that we limit people to the four walls of a building.

It’s not just saying the gifts are the same, it’s that they are not supposed to function in the same way. God was showing him that the people will work in the hospital wards and heal, there are certain people that when they see certain illness they have an anointing for it, there are expressions of it, you’ve never seen before that will only be captured in the body, it’s not something we can calculate our way into, he needs to reveal us to us.

These operations are things God already distributed upon us before now, it is the Holy ghost that knows the exact way it’s going work. For to one, the word of wisdom, the word

1 Cor.12:11-17-23

¹¹ All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.

¹⁷ If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? ¹⁸ But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. ¹⁹ If they were all one part, where would the body be? ²⁰ As it is, there are many parts, but one body.

²¹ The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” ²² On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, ²³ and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty,

The five ascension was given for the effectiveness in the house of God, we are not supposed to keep people in our expression, prophets anoint kings that are going to rule over them. Everyone must know their place, that there should be no schism in the body.

Covet earnestly the best gifts, when you find out you lack some things, ask for grace for it. It is part of the beauty of our meeting, every gifts bringing their expressions in a meeting, or gathering.

You’ll never see a pride of lion led by the female lioness, identify your gift and let it be beautiful where it is, the secret to financial prosperity is staying where God puts you.

Where has God put you, let everyone abide in the calling God has put you. Stay within your measure, prosperity will come, anointing will come in the place God has put you.

That one thing becomes the source of every other thing God will work through,

The essence of all the gifts and callings is souls, God was in Christ reconciling the world to himself, let’s have this mindset.

Prayer

1. One of our prayers must be cause my eyes to be open, let there be a recalibration, wherever I have trivialized what you have called me to.
2. Lord show me i don’t want to labour like a fool, cause my eyes to see, cause my ears to hear, cause understanding to dawn upon me. In what way and in what expression.
3. Cause us to see those things, cause us to know those things.
