“But some man will say, how are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come? Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it dies: and that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain: but God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.” 1 Corinthians 15:35-38
There is another body with which we would be clothed in. We would taste of the power of the age to come just as how the children of Israel ate of the good of the land before they possessed it. These things are not too high. This is what we are created to be. When we truly begin to ascend, it wouldn’t be difficult to understand God and the knowledge of his nature because that is what He wants us to become.
“There are also celestial bodies and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differs from another star in glory. So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption; It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: it is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.” 1 Corinthians 15:40-44
The seed that is sown grows with another type of body. It is not the same body that we have now that we shall put on in the age to come. When you see the body of a dead person, you would know that this is not the same person you used to know.
The body originally meant for us was higher and had more glory in it but sin began to eat that body Just like cancer eats up the body rapidly till it totally consumes it all. The fruits of sin have become stronger in the minds of even Christians. For instance, this same cancer has become a Goliath in the mind of Christians. It has this much power because we don’t know the nature of who we truly are. His body has been broken for us so that we can begin to enter incorruption and taste of the power of the age to come. In that place, the fall cannot happen again. You would be screened free from those things that corrupt. That is why He is purging us from them; He is washing us and sanctifying us with his blood from these things.
“Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” 1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Because of the fall, sin came and opened the way for death to come in. In the same way, when sin is abolished, then death would be totally destroyed.
We do not have a choice but to learn the whole of God. If you do not learn him here, then you would have to learn him there. However, it is better that you learn him here and overcome here, so that you can gain faster speed when you get there.
