Only the Pure in Heart Shall Ascend
Who shall ascend into the hill of Lord? Or who shall stand in His holy place? He that hath clean hands and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul into vanity nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from God of his salvation.
We seldom consider the house of God a Holy place; yes the location could be anywhere but the gathering of the God’s is holy. It is the person who has a clean hand and a pure heart that can ascend the hill of the Lord. That is the Lord’s dealing with us in this season. The lord is cleansing us so that we can shine again, and we will shine from the inside out. Our beauty is who we are in God and if we stop journeying into Christ, then we would stop being beautiful.
As much as it is in your power, raise up the head of your brethren. Love beautifies. We choose to celebrate love! That is what makes us look like Christ. Nothing about Satan is beautiful. When he jumps into our lives he messes it up. What is the use of a light that is put under the bushel? Let your light so shine! We are the salt of the earth. We want to be salt in the lives of others; we don’t want to cast a shadow over the world.
Let us allow the word of God purify out hearts, that is the only thing that can separate us from who we are. Let us desire the word of God to change us today.
